What will I need to do to check in for the event?

Conference check-in is arranged by first name. Notice the signs indicating different portions of the alphabet. Please check in at the window that includes the first letter of your last name. You will then receive an envelope that contains your name tag and a package of conference materials.

What do I do if I am checking in and there is no envelope with my name on it?

If there is no name badge and conference package with your name on it, please ask for Conference Secretariat. We will confirm your registration and/or check to see if you are attending in someone else’s place. If you are not registered, we can register you onsite.

In order to receive credit for attending, I need proof of attendance. How do I receive proof?

A certificate of attendance/presentation will be available to print at the conference registration desk.
